Win Solar Power develops solutions based on renewable energy sources, primarily solar energy, and provides turnkey EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services to its customers. Based on requests received through the website, expert engineers conduct a preliminary analysis and prepare a customized proposal.

3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE AND IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS

Upon your application, our technical team evaluates your roof type and energy needs based on the information you provide.

The preliminary evaluation is free of charge.

If the proposal is accepted, a contract will be presented to you and the project process will begin.

Installation and delivery times may vary depending on the project specifications.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

The price determined following the proposal process is provided specifically for the project. Payment terms and schedule are clearly specified in the contract. Payments are not accepted through the website.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

For services provided under a distance sales contract, the consumer does not make any payment before the contract is signed. However, the right of withdrawal may be limited due to production, engineering, and installation services specific to the project that will be performed after the contract is signed.
